Confidence Series: SHEtooga

Typically, we ladies get our slice on over at the Pigeon River, but due to Hurricane Helene, we are changing things up and moving the event to the Chattooga River. The format of the event is changing slightly.

Here is the run-down (full details below):

  • Humble Pie is hosting us. This is where most activities will take place
  • Starting the day off with a 30-minute yoga session
  • Heading to Thrifts to play our way down section 3.5 (Thrifts to Woodall – Shuttle will be taken care of by Chattooga Whitewater Shop and some shuttle bunnies)
  • Three female speakers will take turns in 15-30 minute sessions
  • Raffle – all proceeds go directly to Helene Rebuild Collaborative
  • Camp at Chattooga Sounds

EVENING ACTIVITIES

  • Stay at Humble Pie and eat more pizza while enjoying the band
  • Enjoy a large fire back at camp. Make sure to bring a camping chair

    • 10:30 am // 30-minute yoga session with Jill Wrenn
    • 11:00 am // River Talk
    • 11:20 am // Depart to Thrifts
    • 11:45 am // River Time!
    • 3:00 pm // Get back to Humble Pie, change, bust out snacks, order pizza
    • 3:15 pm // Speaker 1
    • 3:30 // Speaker 2
    • 4:00 // Speaker 3
    • 4:30 // Raffle
  • 5:00 // Depart – Group camping available at Chattooga Sounds

Reserved just for us is the big group site that has a massive fire pit along with access to their full kitchen of which we will fully take advantage of Sunday morning and a massive breakfast will be cooked for you. The full details is in the reservation tab below. The site is not only ideal for tent camping but the parking lot is connected and is perfect for car/van camping.

Chattooga Sounds Campground

A large group site has been reserved for us that includes space for both car/van camping and tent camping. A large fire pit awaits us, along with access to a full kitchen. To reserve your spot, click the link!!
